Normal Devices offers a 2-year warranty on all products, covering repair or replacement for any malfunctions that aren't due to modifications or misuse. After two years, repairs are still available for a fee. You are responsible for all shipping expenses. If your product shows any issues, even if it's past the warranty period, reach out to us right away with a description of the problem so we can help.

30-day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re in North America and buy directly from normaldevices.com, you’re covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, return it in good condition for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping costs and any duties won’t be refunded). Just be sure to contact us before sending anything back. For international orders, all sales are final.
